Louisville Kettlebells is also known as IronBody Fitness (http://iron-body.com) and BootCam Louisville (http://bootcamplouisville.com). We’ve been coaching individualized group fitness classes since January 2007.
Our owner, Dave Randolph, has been training with and teaching kettlebells since 2002 and has numerous teaching certifications, including the prestigious RKC, RKCII, and Team Leader. He’s also been certified as a Kettlebell Sport Coach by Valery Federenko and by Kettlebell Athletics.

We pride ourselves on getting you the results you’re looking for and providing a fun, group based environment where you get the personal attention you need.
You’ll attend an Orientation where an assessment will be done to make sure we are the right place for you and you’ll learn to use our main tool in the fight against fat, the kettlebell. Kettlebell are a unique weight and using them properly will improve your strength and conditioning at the the same time. This means you will get results from working out 3 hours a week instead of 6 or 7. By combining strength and conditioning at the same time your metabolism will skyrocket and stay that way. Unlike traditional “cardio” that gets your heart rate up but only for the duration of the workout, our unique workouts keep your body in fat burning mode for 36 hours AFTER the workout! This is known as the afterburn effect ( or for you acronym junkies – EPOC).
We aren’t for wimps and whiners. If you aren’t ready to make a commitment, to be dedicated in the pursuit of your goals, then your results will be less than stellar. This is hard work, you will sweat, you will curse me under your breath, you may curse me out loud! But it’s what you need to loose fat.
